Conservatoria

Conservatoria is a panoramic restaurant and bar overlooking the Kremlin and the Bolshoi Theatre. A spacious terrace faces the iconic Quadriga of Apollo atop the Bolshoi Theatre, framed by the striking English Gothic architecture of the TSUM building. From the southwest side, guests enjoy sweeping views of the Spasskaya Tower and the State Historical Museum in the very heart of the city on Red Square.

The new-season menu showcases signature dishes created by chefs from around the world. Guests can choose from vegan cuisine by Denis Ivanov, Mediterranean dishes by Antonio Rodriguez, Japanese specialties by Igor Ni, Indian flavors by Amid Singh, and Armenian dishes by Narek Avagyan.
