A project by restaurateur Boris Zarkov, White Rabbit Family brand-chef Vladimir Mukhin and chef Aleksey Kogay. Sakhalin’s menu is based on Russian regional products combined with traditions of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine and modern cooking techniques. The heart of the restaurant is the raw bar with a glacier and an aquarium, where guests can choose seafood and fish from the Far East and then enjoy the taste with a panoramic view of Moscow.
