Restaurant Loomi

Restaurant of oriental cuisine in the center of Moscow. The name of the establishment and its concept are built around the spice lumi - it is a lime boiled in salt water and dried. This seasoning dominates many of Loomi's dishes. The menu combines cuisines of Syria, Lebanon and Central Asia. Meze, several types of hummus and Arabic olives are served for appetizers. For main course, the chef suggests trying rack of lamb and Uyghur lagman. Every detail in the restaurant's interior reminds us of the culture of the East: bright Persian carpets, elegant Arabic copper jugs, warm lighting and luxurious hanging chandeliers.
