“Moscow Tea Time” at Arbat Stars Hotel and Apartments

The hotel participates in the Moscow Tea Time project, in which citizens and guests of the capital can taste a special tea set.

The hotel is located on the bank of the Moscow River near the historical center of the city, not far from Old Arbat, government buildings, and embassies.
