Excellent khachapuri are cooked here: Adjarian with crispy edges and tender filling, Mingrelian with double cheese, airy penovani made of puff pastry filled with two kinds of cheese or with fragrant lamb. Another specialty on the menu is khinkali. Classic kalakuri, author's mini khinkali in Italian-style black pepper and parmesan sauce or fragrant meskhuri filled with lamb and smoked suluguni sauce.
