LEA
LEA on Zubovskaya Square is a lively, stylish bistro and bar that perfectly matches the rhythm of the moment.
Designed by Krivtsova & Redina Studio, the space is both simple and luxuriously contemporary. Deep chocolate and blue-grey tones give the interior a sense of elevation; a glowing bar reflects a row of chandeliers; curved sofas are set into bay windows; and the bar seamlessly flows into an open kitchen with aquariums and an ice display for fresh fish and seafood.
The 24-year-old head chef Alexey Volkov (Maya, Rocky2, Khoroshaya Devochka / Good Girl) brings youthful ambition backed by solid experience. For LEA, he reimagines Southern European culinary traditions through an Asian lens. The result is a playful, expressive menu built on familiar flavors without strict geographic ties — a menu that encourages tasting everything.
Start with the raw bar: sea urchin, scallops, oysters, shrimp — then move on to ceviche, carpaccio, tartare and crudo.
