Perched on the 7th floor of Lotte Plaza, this glamorous, high-society restaurant by restaurateur Ilya Binyaminov commands sweeping panoramic views over Moscow. Its name is inspired by the Levant, the lands of the rising sun: Syria, Israel, Lebanon, Turkey, Jordan, and Egypt.

The refined interior, created by Turkish designers, blends contemporary elegance with Eastern allure, transporting guests to the sun-drenched atmosphere of the Eastern Mediterranean. Elevated Turkish cuisine with a bold Middle Eastern accent by chefs Bilal Reçber, Faruk Güven, and Tahir Aydemir is artfully paired with Mediterranean and European creations by chef Alexander Mandron.
