The Radisson Royal Flotilla operates year-round cruises along the Moskva River. Rules of service provision:

• Boarding starts 30 minutes before departure and ends 5 minutes before departure. It is possible to start boarding or disembarking only after the ship is fully moored and the ladder is provided.
• There is no audio guide on the route.
• Free travel is provided for children under 5 years old, provided that they do not occupy a separate seat.
• A child under the age of 14 is allowed on board only accompanied by an adult. Groups of children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by adults at the rate of at least 1 adult per 5 children.
• The boarding pass must be saved until the end of the trip and presented at the request of the administration.
• Firearms, traumatic, edged weapons, pyrotechnics of all kinds, flammable substances, bulky and soiling objects, animals, food and beverages should not be carried on ships.
• The administration may not allow passengers with obvious signs of alcohol or drug intoxication to board the ship.
• The administration may refuse a passenger a boat trip if they violate the rules of conduct on board the ship.
• The administration is not responsible for the safety of passengers' hand luggage. Baggage transportation is not carried out on ships
• Passengers are not allowed to jump into the water from the ship, overhang the deck railing, enter the wheelhouse, distract the skipper from his official duties, or interfere with mooring operations.
• Passengers are not allowed to stay in office premises, as well as places where ship's mooring devices and mechanisms are located
• The captain of the vessel may cancel the cruise in case of a storm warning or adjust the route due to changes in shipping conditions.
• At the end of the flight, all passengers are required to leave the ship within 15 minutes of arrival.
