The Central Children's Store has an observation deck on the roof, with views over the historical district in the centre of Moscow, including the Kremlin, the Polytechnic Museum, the Lubyanka Square, and the spire of the Moscow State University's main building. There are telescopes available to properly examine the city vista. Admission costs RUB 120. Aside from the stunning panorama, the ticket includes a visit to the 80s and 90s toys museum.
