The storage buildings were built in the 19th century from brick in classical and Romanesque style and are decorated with laconic decorations. At one time the premises were widely used for grain storage due to the unique water supply system. There were springs nearby, and water from them was collected in special troughs that ran through all the warehouses. As a result, the temperature inside the premises was +18 °C all year round. Nowadays they are considered federal objects of cultural heritage.
