The sculpture is 8 meters high and is placed in the center of the fountain. It is made of stainless steel and copper. It represents a huge ring, which, according to the author's idea, symbolizes an element of the atomic reactor. The ring stands perpendicular to the pool on a small pedestal, so it seems as if it is floating above the water. On the rim facing each other sit the lovers - a young girl with loose hair and a guy holding her companion's hand.
