Botanical Garden named after N. Tsitsin of the Russian Academy of Sciences

One of the largest botanical gardens in Europe, it is a national treasure of Russia. It was founded in 1945 and became a symbol of the country's victory in the Great Patriotic War. About 15,000 plant species can be seen on an area of more than 300 hectares. The staff of the Botanical Garden is engaged in breeding new representatives of flora and developing means to protect against pests and diseases.

From April to October, the expositions "Japanese Garden" and "Rosary" are open to the public. Guided tours of the flower garden, botanical meetings and master classes are provided for guests.
