Cable car "Air tram"

In the summer of 2024, a new all—season attraction opened at VDNH - the Aerial Tram cable car. This is the longest cable car in Moscow — its length is 769 meters. The speed of the "Aerial Tram" is from 2.5 to 4 meters per second, and the average trip time is 6 minutes. Its cabins are located at a height of 32 meters. They are decorated in a retrofuturistic style. The design is inspired by spaceships from the works of Kir Bulychev. Each of the 18 cabins is designed for 8 people. Up to 1,000 people can use the attraction per hour. There are two stations on the cable car: Yuzhnaya, which is located at the Main Entrance of VDNH, and Severnaya, next to the Republic of Belarus pavilion and the Stone Flower Fountain. During the trip, guests can admire the unique view of the Main Alley of VDNH, where historical pavilions and fountains stand.
