Cihan Steak & Kebab Restaurant

Arkady Novikov Turkish restaurant chain, whose concept is based on a combination of authentic recipes collected from different parts of the country and modern culinary trends. The menu includes about two dozen types of steaks, wet-aged meat from its own ripening cabinet, minced beef and lamb kefte, mouth-watering dishes on coals, meze with air tortillas, kebabs and branded burgers. The bar's menu includes grappa, sparkling cocktails, more than a dozen liqueurs and a couple of sheets of strong distillates.
