SAVVA Restaurant is a gastronomic gem of Moscow, located in the legendary Metropol Hotel opposite the Bolshoi Theatre. Named after the patron of the arts Savva Mamontov, the restaurant operates under the direction of Arkady Novikov and brand chef Andrey Shmakov.

A MICHELIN-starred restaurant and winner of numerous prestigious awards, SAVVA offers signature cuisine inspired by the chef’s personal tastes. The interior combines historic luxury with contemporary elegance: marble columns, a painted ceiling with frescoes, and a light grey palette.

Its two floors, one grand and ceremonial, the other more intimate, suit different types of gatherings, from celebrations to romantic dinners. The chef’s table on the second floor creates the atmosphere of a personal visit to the chef’s home. The wine list features more than 500 selections, ranging from classics to biodynamic wines.
