White Rabbit is a modern Russian restaurant in Moscow, the flagship project of the White Rabbit Family restaurant alliance, founded by Boris Zarkov. The brand chef of the alliance is Vladimir Mukhin, who is arguably the most renowned Russian chef in the world. Under his leadership, White Rabbit has been recognized in prestigious international gastronomy rankings since 2015 and received a Michelin star in 2021.

The cuisine at White Rabbit is an original creation based on locally sourced ingredients. The chef's passion for history and tradition, as well as his focus on contemporary trends and innovative techniques, is reflected in the diverse menu.

Some of the most iconic dishes include colardo, Kamchatka crab jelly, pickled okroshka with pickled mushrooms, borscht with carp, lobster wellington, and sterlet.
