Café Pushkin is a fine-dining Russian cuisine restaurant with a lavish pre-revolutionary décor. It has two main halls: “Apothecary” and “Library,” each with a slightly different menu. Head chef Andrey Makhov honors old recipes but doesn’t shy away from innovation.

Signature dishes include fish rasstegai, beef Stroganoff, blini with various fillings, and especially the Napoleon cake. The bar offers wine, fortified spirits, cocktails, vodka, and other strong liquors.
