This legendary restaurant, one of Moscow's most important, has been welcoming guests from around the world for 11 years. In 2014, restaurateur Alexander Rappoport first explored contemporary Russian cuisine through the lens of history, emphasizing early Soviet aesthetics. The Dr. Zhivago menu is a global collection of quotes and contemporary sayings on the theme of great Russian cuisine.
